Payment FAQs
Do you charge sales tax?
AmGood Supply Equipment is required to collect sales tax in states where we have physical nexus or reach economic nexus thresholds. If your organization is tax-exempt, please upload your tax exemption certificate in your Account Dashboard before placing an order.
Can I split my payment across multiple cards?
Currently, our online checkout only supports a single payment method per transaction. If you need to split a payment, please contact our sales team and they can process the order manually.
What currencies do you accept?
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars (USD). All transactions are processed in USD. If you are using an international credit card, your bank may apply conversion fees.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards. We never store your full card number on our servers.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is authorized at the time of order but not charged until your items ship. For backordered items, you will not be charged until the item is ready to ship.
