We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your commercial kitchen equipment purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued, the methods of reimbursement, and the timeline you can expect.

Standard Refund Window

Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a full or partial refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.
  • You must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Custom-built or special order equipment.
  • Used or installed equipment.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Clearance, scratch-and-dent, or "as-is" items.
  • Consumable goods (e.g., filters, cleaning supplies) once opened.

3. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 20% to 30% applies to all returns, depending on the manufacturer's policy.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product upon arrival.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order received "Free Shipping," the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Partial Refunds
