1. Order Processing Time

All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For equipment requiring assembly or special preparation, processing may take 3-5 business days.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $999 within the contiguous United States. Freight items may incur a liftgate fee if required.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping depending on the size and weight of your equipment.

3. Shipping Zones & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We partner with major logistics providers to ensure your commercial equipment arrives safely:

  • Small Parcel: UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • LTL Freight: XPO Logistics, Old Dominion, Estes, YRC
  • Dedicated Truckload: Arranged based on order size and destination

4. Freight Deliveries (Important)

Large commercial equipment is shipped via LTL freight. Please review these critical requirements for freight delivery:

  • Receiving Area: You must have a commercial loading dock or forklift. If not, you must request "Liftgate Service" at checkout (additional fees apply).
  • Inspection: You MUST inspect all freight shipments for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt.
  • Concealed Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. International Orders (Canada)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
