Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you need. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when returning commercial equipment.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items. You can check your eligibility via the Track Order page.

1. Condition Requirements

  • Unused and Uninstalled: Equipment must not have been used, plugged in, or installed.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Complete: All manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and parts must be included.
  • Clean: Items must be free from any dirt, debris, or marks.

2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process

Do not send items back without authorization. Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team or submit a return request through your online account.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for an email containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write directly on the product packaging).
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping method.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund (subject to policy conditions) and make a separate purchase for the new item. Direct exchanges are generally not processed due to varying restocking fees and shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Labels

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or the item arrived defective, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. If requested, we can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Processing Timeline

Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the item and process the return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on when funds will appear in your account.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-fabricated or special-order items.
  • Equipment that has been installed, used, or altered.
  • Items lacking their original packaging.
  • Clearance items or items sold "as-is".
  • Consumable products once opened.
